You should be dismissed and anyone else who refuses it. You are already required to have a flu vaccination and Covid is more contagious and deadlier than the flu to the elderly. You shouldn’t have the right to work looking after the public’s elderly relatives.

@LF-kv9om Wrong. The TGA has approved 2 vaccines for use in Australia. The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine Oxford/Astrazeneca vaccine. This means these vaccines have met the TGA’s rigorous standards for safety, quality and efficacy. It will be free to all Australian residents. This is not a temporary or emergency approval. It is full and unrestricted approval.

They do. But the policy is they must test negative within 72 hrs before the flight. They have plenty of time to contract the virus afterwards. Put 200 on a plane from a heavily Covid infected nation and there is a decent chance 1 on that plane will contract the virus after the test. Then they could also spread the virus during the flight, or at the airport, or on public transport, or in quarantine when they land

@oinkoink5080 I own a construction business. Last year we remodelled an aged care facility whilst it was still in operation. Of course. I, and all of my workers gladly accepted the mandatory flu vaccination requirements to spend time at the facility. Whilst there. It was a constant talking point amongst my staff, regarding how little care most of the aged care staff provided their patients. Would quite often see the elderly in distress in clear view of 3 aged care workers who were too busy discussing married at first sight or what they were doing on the weekend. A real “oh their almost dead anyway” attitude seemed prevalent.

@techroach6343 As I said. Stop being such a tool and I might.

@mathewsmith7654 Why would I join the army? I’m successful.
1
@zeptepiantraveller Talking to me about being indoctrinated whilst your channel shows you are subscribed to a bunch of crazy conspiracy and bible channels. 🤣😂😂😂
1
@gwennauslot1104 How hard could it be to replace maybe 10% of those selfish anti vax staff that work in an industry that study after study has shown incompetently cares for the elderly in general?
1
@margaretkobier Imagine quitting your job because you don’t want a flu vaccination. How special would you have to be? 🤣😂😂
1
@Question.Everything.Always The CIA has no control in Australia champ. Go to Fox
1
@atandrachetan5251 After months of vaccination programs there are increasing studies showing the vaccines are doing much good.
1
@oinkoink5080 The two vaccines accepted in Australia have each passed rigorous stage 3 clinical trials. The flu vaccines change every year and the Covid vaccines have been scrutinised just as much as any flu vax is.
1
@oinkoink5080 No I didn’t report those workers. I directly intervened and demanded they be aware of their surroundings and shamed them into action by addressing it to their face.
1
@oinkoink5080 Pretty sure one of the biggest culprits was the duty manager

@buildmotosykletist1987 NSW. I’ve been licensed for 15 years and have been operating for 12 years under my own banner.
1
@buildmotosykletist1987 I’m not sure if it does say it on any government website. I read science journals. But the vaccines demand your body produce more of the spike protein. This decreases your chances of displaying symptoms if you are positive with Covid. This means you are asymptomatic. Almost all studies show that asymptomatic carriers are less likely to infect others.
1
@techroach6343 How about you not being such a tool and I might?
1
@AA-wk5jn The TGA has no such thing as emergency approval.
1
@Jonquil No
1
@John Hoyle Maybe sometime next year you will be vaccinated John the way the LNP are going securing vaccines.
1
@jom8964 I will be. As soon as it’s available to me. I will be in one of the last categories as I’m relatively young and healthy and don’t work regularly in a health sector.
1
@techroach6343 No I didn’t force my employees to receive a flu vaccination. I had two large jobs operating at the time. One required a flu vaccination. One didn’t. I told them all that anyone who doesn’t want the flu vaccination will be restricted to the other large job and any smaller residential works only. But anyone who wants to be available for the aged care job must have a current flu vaccination. 100% of my onsite staff got vaccinated. And I reimbursed them all for the cost of their vaccinations.
1
@herogebrial Sorry but there are no medical exemptions that currently apply to the covid19 vaccination. Not even a thing Tiger.
1
@AA-wk5jn The TGA approval is a full approval. The provisional aspect is only in the sense that astra Zeneca continues to supply all relevant Information to the TGA as new strains develop and data pertaining the vaccines efficacy with developing strains and long term studies.

@fred4687 You know what’s cheaper and more efficient? A free vaccine You know the best way to protect the vulnerable and elderly? A vaccinated population.
1
@techroach6343 As I said. Stop being such a tool and I might. (When I say I might. I’m speaking of even answering any questions)
1
@techroach6343 More efficient? Sure. Please research preliminary findings in Israel who now have a largely vaccinated population. I can’t link anything. Skynews has me on the linking banned list ever since Lauren southern was on as a host and I was displaying her affiliations with 5 seperate neo Nazi organisations. So slight leg work required on your part
1
@megalithicman2315 The vaccines dont prevent transmission from person to person. No one is claiming it does. You think the vaccine is a cure?
1
@lauran1212 Are you pregnant?
1
@fred4687 We know the vaccine isn’t enforced. You will just eventually have certain freedoms removed by private enterprise.
1
@mathewsmith7654 I’m listening to the experts. So in a way. Yes. I’m definitely speaking on their behalf here in direct conflict with people disagreeing with the experts.
1
@fred4687 You over estimate the number of anti vaxxers in Australia mate. After such an abysmal economic run due to Covid. Private enterprise will be ecstatic to have the full return of the vaccinated customers and will happily take a hit with the anti vaxxers being not welcome and trying to ruin the economy again with their selfish and stupid opinions. I run a business and I am strongly considering having a mandatory vaccination policy once Covid vaccinations are available to all.
1
@megalithicman2315 Still stunned you are having a conversation regarding Covid vaccines thinking you make a point by displaying there is no evidence vaccines stop transmission. Vaccines don’t stop transmission. They do however reduce symptoms. Which reduces transmission and assists healthier battling of the virus in the individual.

@techroach6343 What about George Tetz?
1
@techroach6343 The antipodean resistance, the lads society, patriot prayer and a few others she has been photographed with giving the ‘ok’ dog whistle
1
@techroach6343 I can’t be sued for demanding that to be employed by my private business in NSW , you must be vaccinated. I can’t discriminate based on these grounds age. carer's responsibilities. disability. homosexuality. marital or domestic status. race. sex (including pregnancy and breastfeeding) transgender status. If I want a vaccinated workforce to protect the health of my other workers, clients and my family. I am completely allowed to do so. I won’t have any problem though Because I already know everyone I employ wants the vaccine. And if I hire anyone new. It will be a requirement for employment in the first place.
1
@techroach6343 Do you believe mRNA vaccines can alter your DNA?
1
@techroach6343 The ‘mestizo’, formerly running the proud boys was ousted by the proud boys because the Nazis there were sick of pretending they weren’t Nazis and then it came out that he was an informant supplying information to authorities on the proud boys 🤣😂🤣😂
1
@techroach6343 National socialists are Nazis mate. You are a Nazi. And yes. McGuinness is a Nazi. He just hides it (poorly) behind his outrageous misogyny and anti left hatred.
1
@techroach6343 Sorry champ but I can talk with idiots but once someone announces they are a Nazi. That’s it.
1
@ianbarry6193 No mate. Being an anti vaxxer isn’t protected under the anti discrimination laws. I can enforce any policy I like regarding it.
1
@zeptepiantraveller Alternate beliefs are alternate to reality.
1
@truthandlife4101 Have you tried the tooth fairy instead?
1
@brown-cow The army is for adult kids who want extended recess.
1
@oinkoink5080 If you work with the elderly you should be more educated regarding the elderly. As you age. Vaccinations are less likely to be effective. So they are at a greater risk even though they are vaccinated than a younger person. And when you are vaccinated you are less likely to be able to spread the virus to those elderly patients because the vaccination will likely cause you to not display symptoms if you contract Covid making you asymptomatic and less likely to spread the virus to them. You can think of your kid’s well being but you can’t extend that empathy to the people you are paid to care about?
