  2. @Tango down. Oh please for a first world country with the USA’s wealth they barely give anything in foreign aid and when they do it’s to support Israel. Should see the much higher percentage of GDP countries like Australia and NZ give in foreign aid compared to the US. Donald Trump literally signed off in 7 times the amount of foreign aid that was proposed in this bill in 2019. He gave Israel 3800 million dollars last Lear. He gave the Catholic Church 1400 million dollars earlier this year.
