  1. We have a fundamental problem with reservation system. For access to education, reservarion is possibly well meant and deserving, But reservations in jobs that's needs skills is a problem. Jobs that need skills should not be looked at from the perspective of employment and salary it generates for a person. But, as a Service to Society, where salary is just an economic compensation for the time from such competent persons. Salary is a consequence, not the goal. And, for justice to the broad Society, the best Service Provider need to be selected. That is social justice. And this must be irrespective of the person's gender, place of birth, religion beliefs, so called Verna, caste, language, height, weight, colour of skin, race, ethnicity or historical injustices real or imaginary. For example, the Society needs the best doctors to treat its citizens. And that decision is fair only if selected on the basis of Objective merits, not on the social background of the Service Provider. Thanks to leftist mindset, we have inverted the logic, and looked everything from the prism of employments, and consequently doing a great de-service to the broader society. Doesn't matter what are the objective merit measurement system, scores in a written test or otherwise. It must be stated and written down completely transparent with respect to questio - who the person is. And applied for social good. Reservation in education is of course different, it is a service the Society provides to its citizens. Various schemes can be designed to make it available to all sections of society.
