Freedom of expressions? What about 100s of movies and books banned since Mr Nehru. Now of course we banned websites as well

This issue is in contradiction with the last one done on Facebook. In India, a citizen can be arrested in expressing his opinions that is contrary to general public perception...say in Facebook or Twitter or YouTube. He may even be arrested. And it happens all the time. So much so for freedom of expression. These issues are complex...Indian journalists, God knows why, are clueless

Indian Police forces, run by individuals state governments, enforces the law of the land. Not Courts. Courts resolves conflicts, punishes the offenders according to the laws of the land. Legislators...elected by people...frames these Laws...not Courts. The Indian Parliament, directly elected by the citizens, is the representation of the sovereignty of the citizens...and it and only it has the moral ethical and legal right to frame laws including constitutional amendments. If the Indian Parliament passes amendments that's makes Pegasus like stuff legal...it than becomes the law of the land. Let no jump to celebrate our courts...the most corrupt and incompetent institution . Of course, our police forces are no good. They almost behaves like gangsters and run by the mafia CMs.

Balance is missing as usual, Indian journalism ... useless as ever. Of course protection of sources is good one.

This is funny and immature. As if a terrorist (say Muhammad Atta of 911 fame) or a spy carries a flag on their head...I am a terrorist and spy. As if Indians journalists or judges cannot be spies. Today, in USA, NIA listens to almost everybody in America

Good SC and compromised SC...funny

KD Media true :-) you have to read my other comments. SG is as usual going gaga with our SC. Parliament frames laws, including constutional amendments, courts have to just fall in line. SC is bounded by that book, unlike the Parliament.
