  3. RSS or BJP does not represent the interest of Hindus. Any Hindus, singularly or collectively can claim justice for their 40,000 destroyed temples. Then the justice system has to make a decision. Historical injustices can or cannot be corrected. But then, all crimes are historical in nature ...there is nothing called current crime or future crime. Justice is always about crimes committed in the past. And Hindu temples by their very definition, are owned by the deity, a property of the deity, and the entire Hindu community is the protector of all temples.
