  1. Sell HAL to TATA group - and use that money to open schools in India's top 10 poorest districts - for all kids there. with good breakfast and lunch as well. Or you can open free residential schools for girls in Muslim-majority districts of India - in UP in Bihar in WB. The HAL will improve, The left's convoluted idea could also be shut - and educated modern women are key to our future and security.
