The British parliament is in existence for almost 1000 years. This weakness stays with communist dictatorship or any other authoritarian systems, caliphate, empires or any such dynasties. Take the case of Caliphate ... Ummayads, Abbasids even...more murders and conspiracies than then all horror moves put together. Doesn't matter how strong CCP is now... communist China will be history pretty soon, definitely before the end of this century.
