  3. "Less educated less secular" ?? Secularism - "separation of the state from the church" Secularism is a policy or constitutional value of a state! It has no meaning for any individual per se. We sometimes mix the fundamental indic ethos - "acceptance of diversity of opinions and beliefs" - a completely indic value of its people...with the term called Secularism.
