  2. there are a couple of things to consider to understand this behaviour 1. Allah's apostle clearly stated that diseases are NOT contagious 2. Dying of epidemics is martyrdom like Jihad. Naturally, all true believers will behave as guided by the Hadiths. Please READ Sahih Al Bukhari - the most celebrated collection of Hadiths to illuminate yourself.
