  1. Data without context is meaningless. Subsidies increased during the pandemic, else it could have ended our lives. Millions could have died. Then we would have watched a CTC on the million deaths. The Media would have made millions in its balance sheets telling the tax payers how a simple 5 kilo rice/wheat per head could have saved a million lives. It is clear the current union government is focused on reducing subsidies.
