  5. Let's add one item in our Preamble. One that will be the fundamental principle amongst all fundamental principles. The sacredness of human live. No laws can me made in conflict with this one. No capital punishment, nothing. As a matter of fact, the state should come forward with all its resources to save one life, if under threat, real or imaginary, sanctioned by scriptures or Godman.
