The ideology called God is a human construct. That's why there are 1000s different variety of God across cultures and nations and geography. Human life and human freedom including human freedom to expression and speech are more important than any ideology, assumed to be sacred or otherwise. If one do not believe this fundamental principles...we do not deserve Any Republic or any civilization for that matter.

Maybe the Hadiths are all fiction, all written after Sharia was codified, 100 years in the Abbassid caliphate, to justify it. In the first century of the AH, there is no Sharia, no Hadiths, no biography of the Prophet. A myth created by the abbasids for political and social reasons. Essentially all fake.
