  2.  @piconano  It isn't a war crime to use these weapons, it is a war crime to use them against civilians, which Russia has been doing since day one of this war. Your argument boils down to "Russia is using bullets, you shouldn't be like them!" to a country that is fighting for its very existence against a ruthless enemy.

  4. There are always rules in war. Rules of engagement, for example. Rules for taking prisoners and their treatment. Every soldier from a civilized country has them drilled into their heads. Cluster munitions however, are only against said rules if your nation decides they are, which none of the parties involved have agreed to.
