  1.  @ThisHouse  Really pleased his dream attracted your attention. Your knowledge base can be of true value to their journey with this property/home. Knowing this gives me a measure of comfort. Victorians are about "detail", and in that subject, the greater accuracies are quite important to know, when available. In this point, I hope he calls upon you for your Knowledge/advice. It was a noticeable "desire I felt" when watching a couple of his videos. Now I have comfort ... Victorian, a layered opportunity for (decor desecration) which is likely why Frank Lloyd Wright tagged Interior Decorators as "Interior Desecrators" (love that man's blatant honesty).
