  2. I wonder if there’s a more evidence based league table of first world, second world and your 1.5 world - rather than ‘feeling’ it’s 1.5. For me, Malaysia is definitely 1.5 together with parts Mexico and probably Poland. For some reason, if I’m happy to visit a dentist or a doctor I think this slips into 1.5. I had a medical procedure in Penang, Malaysia and visited a dentist in Mexico... both superb experiences.
