  1. To Ian's last point about AI replacing human interaction....I feel like podcasts also replace friendships. Hanging out with a podcaster sort of feels like hanging out with a friend, I think a lot of people rather hang out with there favorite podcaster instead of actually getting together with the people they know in their lives.

  2.  @jameswebber2943  I'm not sure what you mean but video game streamers, recreational sport casters, crypto hang out groups....these types of influencers and internet groups have played a role in replacing face to face friendships over the past couple decades.
