  13.  @Rspsand07  Yes and no. Of course there is no comprising Ukraine vs Russia but Czech republic and Poland you can make more money than in Russia, while living in better climate, better lifestyle. After sanctions rouble collapsed 100% from 28-30 roubles vs USD it is now 60.
