I've been saying the old fry's electronics off of murphy , canyon road and the one off the seven Would be ideal shelters for homeless people to allow them to decompress and see what the next movie is going to be. Hell turn both of them into mental health hospitals. If the mental health aspect of this situation is not gonna be addressed then it's all money spent for nothing.

  2. You're kidding right? You expect the people out on the streets?In mental health crisis and addiction to do gonna do labor? They don't even clean up the trash around themselves.. This is the part people Don't Understand. 95% of the people on the streets will NEVER be able to work.. The drugs destroyed the part of the brain long after use stopped.That allows a person to follow directions and show up on time. It would be like Trying to herd feral cats. The part of the brain that allows normal people to do these things is destroyed. Permanently.

  3. I believe all the previous plans fell through. In an economy where businesses are closing, unless it was being turned into Condos or apartments.I don't see any businesses a capable of Inhabiting that large of a space. Especially not what the minimum wage the way it is And theft. It really should be turned into a mental health hospital. The laws need to change so that people can be under a conservativeship And they can be interned.
