Just imagine that the way that yard and house looks is how the inside of their brains look. Scary shit! What in the actual fuck are we paying taxes for, and electing politicians if this is allowed to go on in every neighborhood in this country right now? Politicians need to stop thinking about how a decision is going to affect their next election! And do what they were elected ( hired) to do. Build mental health hospitals. Change the laws for conservatorship. Get the elderly OFF the streets!! WTF!?!
