The ladies on "The View" are acting like they don't have the slightest concept of how "whipping" works, or that the Democrats in Congress are well-known for voting in lock step due to the high quality of their whipping. But you know what? The ladies on that show probably really don't know. I'm not sure what they do know. Maybe their lunch and coffee orders, and then they have assistants do the rest? IDK.
