  1. In the first Tarzan book, "Tarzan of the Apes," the thrilling conclusion happens in Wisconsin. That's the only association I can make between WI and Africa. Not sure why the NG is being deployed outside the US. Except that the deep state hates the NG and sees them as front line cannon fodder. (The deep state is federal and the NG is more state oriented.)
