  2. At least half of all people grow up physically without growing up mentally. It used to be that kids couldn't wait to grow up and truly be adults: start families, start businesses, etc. Now they grow adult bodies and remain children in their heads forever. Not as cute kids, but as the dumb kids. People like this, who have the minds of children, are regularly getting preyed upon by scammers, and they're voting.
