The CIA is influencing Israel. MI6 is influencing Israel. Right on down the line. And Israel is influencing others too, like the US. It can be hard to separate out which policies and actions come from which influence. Trump and Biden are quite different. Biden was taking money from China and had disastrous policies both for the US and abroad. Argentina is different under Milei, too, than under other admin. It's difficult to characterize most nations with elections because the influence shifts. Nations like NK, Russia, and China are easier to characterize because the govt rarely if ever changes. But even then, influence can still shift over time, affecting policy.
