  1. I can't imagine what info of this nature the CIA would need to hide. There's a ton of this out in the public, and more published daily on YouTube. IMO, a lot of the wilder points here are wrong, but I think it's certainly true that there have been many earlier civilizations. That's what archaeology is all about. And their position is always that "prior to this date, nobody had any significant language or math or other skills," and then they find something that's older and have to push the date back. The fact is that humans have been capable of coming together intelligently for a couple million years. None of the ancient technologies, like language, fire, sailing, etc. should have been beyond them. So at some point, long before the present, things started.
