  1. In Europe they have Spanish food. Not the same, but maybe that's a reason why they don't have Mexican.

  2.  @SlavicCelery  I think you know that to a fair extent Caribbean and Latin American dishes derive from Spanish cuisine, plus the native foods. So you'll find pork dishes, for instance, even though the pig is not native to the Americas.

  4. AC is essential further south in the US. Ohio is so far north it's practically the north pole! AC is normally set in the 70s.
