I hope China's evil plan is failing. But I'm not quite certain that it is, yet. China wants all of these countries to fail and fall. As for the problems in China ... China is ready for a human purge anyway. It's been a while since they've killed a few tens of millions of their own people. As for the financial problems in Chna ... everything is owned by the CCP anyway. This could be the CCP's way of reminding China's citizens of that fact.
