  2. Sorry, I don't trust these comments; that doesn't mean I don't think that the charges may be correct. I remember the issues with Mr. Pelosi's DWI and the investigation. Like the accident where there was a third party (unnamed and univdentified) in the car, in this case both Mr. Pelosi and the man were struggling with the hammer but somehow managed to open the door, according to the officials there was no third party in this one either. Again, how did Mr. Pelosi open the door while in a struggle, and why was he identified as the one holding the hammer in initial reports?
