@acornsucks2111 At least two convictions and another arrest warrant outstanding. He should have been locked for his own good as well as the good of others. If he was a victim, he was a victim of a too lax legal system; not a too aggressive one.

Not just arrests, at least two were convictions, and there was currently an arrest warrant was out for him on assault. While we can't treat people that way, what we do if someone had a dog that kept attacking people? We shouldn't do that to people, but we can and should insure that they are locked away so they can't keep doing it.

She should be removed from office; but avoid calling for violence. Even if hyperbolic, it will be used against sane people who oppose his insane ideologue.

If an honest jury is selected, I suspect jury nullification would result; however I don't think that he shouldn't be charged at all.
