Germans were expelled, killed or abused , killing or causing the death of at least 1,000,000 Volk Deutsch or Germans in the portions of Germany given to others. Worse, however, was the fact that the Final Solution won't have worked without of active aid of citizens of occupied countries. One of the worst examples was France that gave the Nazis assistance. In those countries, those civilians took property belonging to the Jews. So, were the Germans the only ones responsible? I don't believe so.
