Moreover, it was the Congressional Black Caucus, Congressman Charlie Rangel aside, who have guarded the Virgin Islands 1917 protection to collect its own taxes and offer a 90% tax credit for its residents on federal income tax.

  3. Well Google does not pay 0% tax, it pays 15.8% in US taxes, note that 56% of their income is from foreign sources. As for Netflix , it has not even turned a profit yet and is rapidly burning cash, it is part of the Silicon Valley bubble. This idea that there are massive Corporation property and paying zero tax is largely a myth of the popular left this imagination.
