@goldenpunk9k yes, the West give up that system after the Carnage of World War 1. However the West will never adopt communism, because that would require actual restrictions and discipline upon the population, and there's one thing westerners hate and that is discipline and restrictions. The secular religion of the West is freedom! As we speak with Scandinavia, the path leads only to a very Broad and pervasive welfare state, but other Western Nations will fine but they will not be able to finance such generous benefits, so rather than looking like Norway they will end up like Argentina.

It is not the objective of the elite to Institute socialism, but they are largely ideologically opposed to using force on white Western populations. As the general attitude in the west is the belief that one is deserving of free things merely for existing, whether it be on the grounds of Human Rights or racial claims to shared and inclusion they are unable to do anything, but the give in to these demands because the alternative would require Force. This is not 1848, the leader of the West are not prepared to call out the Army and put down the Rebellion.
