Minimum for a two bedroom in LA Metro is $2400 a month, that means a couple would have to make a combined pre-tax income of $6,000 per month, are they sitting on their butts? A one bedroom in the LA Metro cost $1,900 a month, meaning pre-tax take home pay would need to be at least $5,000 USD per month, is that person sitting on his butt?
