If your country borders Russia neutrality is pure utoia. Russia will pay a visit sooner or later. Blaming Russia's neighbors for joining Nato is like blaming a victim for calling the police. Putin does not consider Ukraine to be "real" country. Nato is a an excuse for his greed. He wants russian empire back.
