If your country borders Russia, neutrality is pure utopia in a long run. Russia would pay a visit sooner or later.

@eddastrohmayer251 And Russia is so full of love and that is why most former Warsaw ppact members do not want to have anything in common wth Russia anymore? Do not even make me laugh with Austria example. Austria does not border Russia. All Austria's neighbors are friendly so there is no need to join. Other country's pact choice is none of Russia's decission. Get over it and stop complaining. We do not have to care about Russia's wants, needs and feelings because Russia never cared for ours.

@eddastrohmayer251 Puti can invade non Nato neighbors only. How "brave" of him. He invaded Ukraine because he could and wanted to. Nato is not the reason for Putin, just an excuse.

@eddastrohmayer251 It is cool to be famous, thanks. Russia has always been the same With or without Nato and Ukraine itself had no chance to join. Putin invaded anyway. Because he could. He can not face article 5. Neutral according to Putin means "easy to invade and overrurn"

@eddastrohmayer251 Ukraine is not even Nato member. Why didn't Putin invade Finland which has the biggest land border with Russia. Poland joined 25 years ago and Lithuania in 2004. Putin wants Ukraine as a part Of Russia. It is about his legacy and ego.

@eddastrohmayer251 So Putin invaded NON NATO UKRAINE because of "Nato enlargement". I have no words. Russian logic at its finest. Finland has the biggest land border with Russia and Putin did nothing and could not care less. Putin wants Ukraine. Ukraine had no will to join Nato before 2014 and no chance to do it after 2014 so Russia must look in the mirror.

Finland was lucky not to become soviet puppet and there was nothing worse than that.

@b.g.6667 Russia's neighbors learn history and that is why they joined Nato. Putin invades non Nato neighbors only becuae that is all he can do. If Russia had not invaded Ukraine, Finland, would have never joined but Russia is what it is. Always the same...
