  4.  @АртемАртем-л4э  Poor Artem, turn russian state media off. Joining Nato is a choice while being Warsaw pact member was not. Ukraine is not even Nato member and had no wil to join before 2014. If Russia does not want Nato to expand, maybe Russia should stop invading its neighbours and giving them reasons to apply for Nato membership?

Besides, no matter what others did or did not do it is still no justification for Russia. All Russia has left is whataboutism. 30 years of having a break. What a a achievement. Oh, really? If Russia was a good neighbour, there would be no need to join Nato in order to be secured. Russia invades non Nato neighbours only so Nato expansion is Russia's fault only.

Ukraine had no chance to join Nato anyway and Putin knew it. He invaded Ukraine because he could invade non Nato Ukraine only. He thought it would be easy to overrun.
