  1. I hate this cold war era way of thinking. Ukrainians are not "sphere of influance" They are free people with the same rights to decide about their future like French or Germans. They are no less important. Would people of French, for examle, give up a part of France? I don't think so.

Russia is evil and Russia's only friends are dictator states as well. Ukraine has every right to defend itself. Don't expect them to surrender just like that. Ukraine is not Russia's backyard.
