  2.  @peabase  I do think the Israelis try to minimise civilian casualties as a matter of policy, though most certainly this won’t apply to every single IDF soldier

  4.  @peabase  also the concept of “innocent” civilian is fuzzy, we’ve seen innocent Al-Shifa doctors and innocent journalists keeping hostages. Hamas has many collaborators who are officially “innocent civilians”
