There is no reason for India to share anymore of its Historical Territories with Pakistan - A Homeland for Muslims that was already created in 1947.

  2. U.N Treaty was Nullified when Pakistan invaded Kashmir. India has no reason to keep its promise after Pakistan breaking the Treaty and occupying a part of kashmir, Which remain under their control to this day (POK or Pakistan Occupied Kashmir).
