U.N Treaty was Nullified when Pakistan invaded Kashmir. India has no reason to keep its promise after Pakistan breaking the Treaty and occupying a part of kashmir, Which remain under their control to this day (POK or Pakistan Occupied Kashmir).

Hindus have already given 50% of their Homeland of Hindustan to Invader Religion - Islam brought by Arabs and Turks to India, Before that 100% of Kashmir was Hindus and Buddhists. Muslims of Indian Subcontinent wanted their own Islamic Nation - They got 2 (Pakistan and Bangladesh). Any Muslim who doen't feel like living in India should move to these Countries, No one will miss them.
