Look it up, Its a Genuine quote from him. It took multiple letters and Personal meetings by our Great Scientist - Vikram Sarabhai, Who had returned from America to convince Nehru to allocate funds for ISRO. With Great hesitation and pressure, Nehru agreed. ISRO is brainchild of Vikram Sarabhai. I bet in 30 years from now, If Congress still exists, their descendants will take credit of Aadhdar Card Implementation, Demonitisation and Removal of Article 370 as Rahul Gandhi's implementation policies.. 😂
