  1. I don't see any Chinese person shouting - We can't eat "Dog meat" in Amerca. Anybody who cooks or sells Dog meat will be instantly thwon into Prison on basis of "Animal Rights Violation" Laws and Media will hound them and shame them in America. But now replace that Dog meat with Beef in India and it becomes a Controversy. Of all the Meat you can eat, Why mak such a fuss about one single type of Meat being banned ? You have Eggs, Chicken, Poirk, Turkey and Sea Food available everywhere india. No one has banned them, No one will likely ban them in the Future either.
