  1. The Whole Voting system is Flawed in a Democracy. Votes currently are judged on Quantity, Not Quality. To be really Fair, A Scientist's Vote should be Superior to a Teenager's Vote and a University Professor's Vote should be superior to an Uneducated Farmer's Vote. You may not like this Discrimination based on People's Intellectual ability, But this is what is needed to maintain Strict Quality control of a Democracy. Likewise, All Politicians need to attend Exams to pass "I.Q Test" and prove themselves having the "I.Q" of Top 5% of Common People and "University Level" Education. Minimum. Politics is about ruling the Nation and we want the very best and intelligent among us to rule over us, Not some average person. For this, Entire Education system should be corrected and be made Free and Fair for all, Irrespective of Caste, Religion, Gender and free from "Quota" and "Reservations" Bullshit. Measures like this will help establish a Model Society. But this is not what is happening, Which leaves us with frusteation and average leaders and our Nations remaining Backward and Hunderds of Millions Suffering.
