Modi has provn record of "some" development. Congress was nothing but a disaster. While we celerbat 1991 "Globalization and opening up of our Markets" as a "Congress Era Miracle", The truth is India had fallen so low that we had "No other Option", But to open our Markets to the world, Because of 60 years Congres Socialist Policies and economic blunders.
