  1. GDP per Capita as defined by India's Living Standards and Expenses is what we need. Why should we compare ourselves with GDP of other Western Nations ? Not many Indians follow American or European Lifestyle with 2 Cars and Homr with Backyard Swimming Pool. This is false comparison. Govt needs to definer a Cap on GDP per Capita which is enough to include Basic Needs of an Indian person - Food, Shelter and Clothing and earning enoguh to afford basic commoditis like Grocery, Pay Bills and Live comfottably and set that as Standard Paramters and seek to improve upon it. There is no point in chasing to be $40,000 Per Capita Nation like Ameica or Europe, Its not just that we can't, Its also that we will never be them, We never wanrt to be like them. We Indians have always embraced a different kind of Lifestyle, Living and Minimal persuts in Life.
