Do you know even Japan borrowed Billions from America in] 1960s to build Bullet Train Tracks that goes through their Whole Nation, But they didn't have Corrupt and Lazy Leaders, That made Japan a Great Country. Countries must be Bold, Dream Big and Invest in Infrastructure to attract Foreign Investment.
