  1. Nowhere is a Law that Chief Minister should resign, While in Jail. This is because our Lawmakers never envisioned a time would come when a Chief Minister found Guilty of Corruption would NOT resign and continue assuming Power from Jail. They expected even a Corrupt person to have enough dignity and common sense to resign after being jailed.
