To attempt to blame it on something partisan is definitely part of the problem. Examine the prostitution which existed in London during the 18th and 19th centuries. It's pretty ugly. Can it be diminished? Yes. Can it ultimately be stopped worldwide? Probably not. Will this movie do anything but entertain? Nope.
