@promethiac2641 Jon could go on Fox, sit in the middle of all their talking heads and hold his own. He would shred. But Fox is balanced with guys like Allen Colmes and Harold Ford, right? It's hard to imagine Ronnie and Tricky Dick's people were able to get this on American airwaves. It's devolved since its inception. Ugh.

@JeffBrody-w5j No one. But 8 people in history have been denied federal office without conviction because nowhere in the 14th amendment, section 3 does it state conviction is necessary. It has been determined by SCOTUS that denial of federal office by the amendment is a civil, not a criminal penalty.
