@jimclemmer1223 Maybe they do so whenever they see things beneficial to Americans. The idea of division for division's sake or thinking that only one side has all the answers is wrong. That's how we arrived to where we are now. This isn't a football game to win, this is an entire country full of disparate ideas of what is good. A juggling act full of compromise is necessary to function well.
