@davehallett810 Hmm, by the UK government official site, the inflation rate is 10.057% year over year in March 2023. Your anecdote about a 10£ ($17) beer in Florida is nonsense as an estimate of US prices.

@davehallett810 Interesting that you point to regional price differences to justify your idea that UK inflation is lower than the US. I can offer the same, but again it is nonsensical. Inflation is high worldwide, perhaps a bit lower in places that prices were already higher than normal.

@davehallett810 Hmm, again with the anecdotes. We have a microbrewery about ½ mile from my house which sells a very nice ipa for $5 a pint. And yet, my anecdote means nothing either. As I said before, inflation is up all over the world, and yet Biden is president of only the US. Shall we blast your Sunak for high inflation in Hungary? Or, give Sunak credit for inflation being lower in Germany than the UK? Again, your post is nonsense.
